Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
🕊️ Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached.
- Returned in its original packaging, safely placed inside a protective carton box (you may reuse the one your order arrived in).
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: items sent back without first submitting a return request cannot be accepted.
📧 How to Request a Return
- Log in to your account via the account portal or by clicking the profile icon in the store's menu:
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your inbox for a verification email and copy the six-digit code.
- Return to the store and enter the code to access your account.
- Select Request return for the order you wish to return.
- If your order includes multiple items, choose the specific items to return.
- Select a reason for return and include any additional notes.
- Click Request return to submit.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and the return address. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will proceed with your refund.
🚚 Shipping Instructions
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost.
Please use a reliable carrier of your choice and ensure the parcel includes tracking information. We recommend using an insured shipping method, as Chloris Lux cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
🔁 Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
💳 Refunds
After your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
